Professionally, I work in Talent Acquisition, building structured processes, simplifying experiences, and creating environments where candidates and colleagues feel respected and seen. I enjoy the technical side of HR (analytics, systems, automation), but my deeper purpose is always the same:

to help people grow with clarity and confidence

Outside of TA, I am also a certified Life & Career Coach.
I don’t coach through pressure or forced positivity.
I coach through simplicity, listening, and guiding people back to themselves.

How I see Talent Acquisition

To me, recruitment has never been about volume or transaction.
It is about alignment, clarity, purpose and experience.

It’s a partnership between people trying to understand whether they can grow together.

This perspective shaped how I’ve built Talent Acquisition structures:

I write to process my own thoughts, not to teach or preach.

Why I created this space

I didn’t want a business site.
I didn’t want a marketing page.
I didn’t want a “brand.”

I wanted a quiet digital home where I can reflect, write, and connect with people who value purpose over noise.
